Actually, it is pictures. I'll
admit, I never got through the entire report, and and I'm usually not
swayed from dry reading material. However, on this one, I filed to
finish. The graphic novel touches on all the major points, and comparing
it to the report's text, it's neither too simplified or only a simple
word-for-word restatement with pictures. Very clearly non-fiction, and
well illustrated. It's by no means a substitute for the report itself,
but to take in the basics in one sitting, you'd be hard pressed to find a
more enjoyable way.
The first 1.5 chapters are available online, and held my attention. Tell me what you think - it broadens the audience for the Report's findings if nothing else. Hopefully the local stores will have this in soon so I can read the rest - not certain I'd buy it, but I'd read it once.
